INSTALLATION AND USER INSTRUCTIONS
For gas and electric, fuel effect fires

All Focal Point Fires gas appliances carry a 5 year warranty which is dependant on annual servicing being carried out by an approved, competent person (proof is required). Any component, which fails during this warranty period, will be replaced free of charge providing the appliance has been properly installed and  has not been misused, damaged by flood or in an accident.
See warranty registration card supplied with the appliance for full details of the cover provided.
